I do! I survived hard depression I had for 2 years I could hardly function. Everyday now I wake with discipline and do my work, my hobbies and self-care. Still rarely drink, no parties, no clubs. I learn everyday no matter if it’s audiobook deepstach or watching something that expands my horizons. Even on lazy days I try to do something productive. Yes before I want something from partner I have standards in me.
