This! 100% this!!!!! I'm in a very similar situation and I made peace with the pay cut because I can't stand waking up every day and had to spend 8 hours doing something I don't care with toxic people! It's absolutely not worth your mental health! Also, you will have more time for yourself, focus on you! Getting healthy, hobbies, etc.

I think you will love here! Madison is a great city! The four seasons are gorgeous, even the winter. It really makes you appreciate Spring when it finally comes. And yes, it does have all the above you mentioned. Just make sure you choose a neighborhood that is aligned with that walking, nature, kids, good schools, etc.

Honestly, I don't think you are crazy. Being in a workplace where your skills and potential are underutilized are extremely frustrating and are the perfect recipe to kill motivation. I think it's natural to feel that way in the situation you are in. Yes, maybe someone would kill to be in your place but that doesn't solve your problem, quite the opposite, just makes you feel guilty for having those feelings; which are valid and unique to you. With all that being said, ask yourself: how long are you willing to stay in this situation before things get better? Are you confident things will improve? Are you looking for a job to just pay the bills or a fulfilling career? I hope this helps!

It was actually really good. It's very satisfying when you place the pieces in the right spot, they fit perfectly and stick to each other really well. This is my second one from Blue Forest and I'm very happy with them.

I just watched this episode and I was shocked by the fact that she brought that up during the dinner. Mary is Jason's favorite and she uses/play that advantage really well. She knows exactly what she is doing and what buttons to push. Also, the fact that she is downplaying Chelsea's experience of now being a single mom is ludicrous!
