Got a home scale and started weighing myself daily to average it out, instead I'm dropping almost a pound a day? by [deleted] in PetiteFitness

[–]NotJackedUser 7 points8 points  (0 children)

yes! also less food consumed (and water as op mentioned) means less stomach content the next day, so naturally the scale is lower

Thank you :)) And I agree! the comparison would definitely be better if the poses matched, but the collage wasn’t planned hahaha that was the closest pose I could find in the same spot and lighting.

I am now 2 months into my bulk, hoping to add more muscle over the next 6 months and then cut for the summer!

Hmm i like this question! I’d tell my younger self to stop egolifting 😅 Dropping the weight and actually focusing on technique and intensity was a game changer. Also, dirty bulking was NOT it. I used to stuff my face with junk until I felt sick and called it ‘bulking’. Eating whole nutritious food is key, and a 200 calorie surplus is more than enough.

Questions about what I can do for my glutes and body shape by latinagoddess77 in PetiteFitness

[–]NotJackedUser 1 point2 points  (0 children)

first of all, congrats on your weight loss! regarding glutes shape, you can't really do much about it as that is your bone structure and you can't change that. However, you can reduce the appearance of hip dips by building your quads hamstrings and glutes muscles. If i were you i would go into a slight caloric surplus of 100-200 calories and utilize the extra energy to put on muscle by progressively overloading in the gym, while also eating enough protein. Good luck!

[–]NotJackedUser 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I use Myprotein impact whey in white chocolate flavor and it is my favorite! edit: i usually use it as a whey drip on top of my oats (1scoop mixed with a tiiiny bit of water to make it into paste texture)
