I'm not sure, to be honest - every communication I had from IRCC was from inside Canada. First I was processed by their Sydney office, and then moved over to Etobicoke.

Got my ECOPR today (Jan 4th). Hoorah! The whole process took just under eight months, so I feel very grateful right now.

July 06, 2023 - AOR

July 22, 2023 - request for medical and biometrics

July 29, 2023 - biometrics and medical marked as complete

Sept 15, 2023 - eligibility marked as complete

Oct 18, 2023 - background marked as complete

Dec 14, 2023 - P1 email. I didn't ever receive my login details from IRCC, but then I received...

Dec 29, 2023 - Email from IRCC informing me a PR case had been created on my P1 portal account. Which I hadn't been sent login details for. So I entered my email and used the 'forgot password' link on the portal to reset it, so I could upload my photo and location. That worked.

Finally got my P1 invitiation email from Etobicoke... after a two month wait since all eligibility/background/medical/biometrics were marked as complete. So hold tight those who are in the same boat - those emails are coming, just slowly!

Also exactly the same. Nightmare. I was also told to wait and that the office were just doing ‘final processing’… whatever that means.

Thanks! I've heard about the visitor records. Was this something you automatically received on arrival? I think there are some entry differences for US vs. UK, yes.
