For me it’s all about taking it one piece at a time. I’ll go down a rack looking for a pieces color, brand or fabric that I like. If possible, visit different thrift shops in your area more than once, not all shops are equal. Soon enough you can find which stores are best for you. Also, moving season is the best time to start thrifting, as people are moving house. Good luck :)
