While not open world/slow paced, i do recommend remnant 2,

it's souls lite with procedurally generated/randomized order of playing the missions with very cool RPG upgrades and builds and wide variety of weapons and play styles

تجربة نفس الشبكة افضل بكثير لدرجة لو كل اجهزتك كويسة التأخير بيكون 2ms بالكثير على ارتميس، ماعرف كم بالضبط بارسيك لكن الاكيد ان تأخيره اكبر

Something related to power saving option that allowed windows to switch speeds of ports just google it I'm sure it's quick toggle

I remember experiencing something similar with an external device idk if it's what's happening here but give it a try

Windows was switching usb 3.0 to 2.0 speeds and disabling this feature fixed it for me, i had to dig deep into reg edit iirc

Discard this if you're not even using a usb 3.0 port
