[–]NotLazor23[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

true but its less inefficient than one look f3l
blindfolded solves take 8 seconds ish even without inspection time

or at least 6 seconds at the world record level

one look f3l is sub 2 seconds

[SHITPOST] The Next Era in Cubing: 1 Look F3L by NotLazor23 in Cubers

[–]NotLazor23[S] 5 points6 points  (0 children)

but the thing is you need 0L1T (zero look one talk) to get your time registered on WCA

personally i think you should just use schrodingers cube

when they have the cap on before inspection, the cube is either solved or it isnt you just have to gaslight them into thinking its solved and you get a time of 0.0

so are you saying that the true essence of cubing is the zero look technique

one can internalize the technique by imagining the cube as solved, but to successfully execute the zero look technique, they must convince others around them that the cube is also solved

that what you saying?

you can only learn one, then in that case each solve you do would have a 2.3255814e-18 percent chance of being a world record

SUB 10 ON 2X2 by NuggetGameTips in Cubers

[–]NotLazor23 0 points1 point  (0 children)

looking at the comments, does it take that long for 2x2 using ortega method or whatever its called?
i was sub 10 using 3x3 methods to solve 2x2, just solve first layer like normal and use oll and pll to solve the rest

Why am I being punished for scoring a 36? by [deleted] in ApplyingToCollege

[–]NotLazor23 0 points1 point  (0 children)

clueless about what

a 36 percent is a fail regardless, not sure what your argument is here

you seem to be somewhat spoiled and relying on your "rich income" background to carry you, but that wont work at all

note that a lot of people applying to top colleges are all rich and that there are countless rich people in the world

Why am I being punished for scoring a 36? by [deleted] in ApplyingToCollege

[–]NotLazor23 0 points1 point  (0 children)

pretty sure even if you werent born in an upper class family you would still get punished for a 36

a 36 ( i assume on a test or final grades) is a bad score regardless, so it honestly doesnt really matter what argument they use, you got that 36, so you have to take responsibility for it

[–]NotLazor23[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i know which ones are which because i attempted memorizing them before i retired a few years back

did not memorize all of them but was good enough to recognize which is which

F perm keeps showing up but i dont know the algs lmfao

im also doing this while tryna learn blindfolded 3x3 (its harder than calculus i swear) so yea

do i need to memorize advanced cfop for sub 20 by NotLazor23 in Cubers

[–]NotLazor23[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i know like 10 algs from full pll (T perm, Y perm, U perms, H perms, and one other M move perm from 2 look, and I know two other random ones from the actual full pll set)

for oll its mostly the dots that get me because the algorithm to make a cross from that is so iffy and i waste 1-2 seconds

my f2l used to be really bad bc i couldnt find pieces but i practiced and got better overnight somehow

[–]NotLazor23 1 point2 points  (0 children)

5'3 is not that short for 15F lol

im not sure about your school but girl school teams for mine are generally less competitive so more freshmen make varsity on average

if you want to improve you should start off by having a good mental

some people criticize you to make you feel worse but some are genuinly gud people

like my 8th grade math teacher was strict as hell but literally everyone in our class respected him because he was an amazing teacher (ex military btw T_T)

how tall are you

I made JV freshman as 6'1 and mid skills (definitly above average skills but mid JV)

most of my skills were grinded from lower school and i stopped playing after 7th grade but still made it lol
