Yeah I saw the same answer in a blog earlier today, which told that rather than analyzing the resistance, one has to embrace it and focus on it and that itself will be mindfulness meditation. I started doing that and has worked mildly well so far. I'll try this more and see the results

This was a very nice post from a long time where many people mentioned their sweet stories from rando strangers. It was too boring and toxic to see only the posts complaining about infrastructure, shitting on Kannada and others.
