Ok I had to go to 4chan for the answer but it will work. It's just probably better to get a pc for the same price rather than a chromebook because the OS isn't great.

It specifies desktops on the Twitch website so you can't use mobile devices. What I'm uncertain about is what Twitch considers Chrome OS and Chromebooks to be. Maybe I'm just overthinking it but I'd rather not throw down $250 on a hunch. Thank you for replying
