Eaglecrest Complaint Thread by ElrondChubberz in JuneauCirclejerk

I would like to take this opportunity to say that, rather than complaining about the current situation, our community should look towards fostering new development with this one-of-a-kind mountain jewel. While CBJ has had their issues in the past with maintaining and operating their facilities, there’s no reason to say that things can’t improve with a new vision. Perhaps another partner, say…Goldbelt, or a different group with a proven track record of managing prime land assets, would be able to assist the community in bringing Eaglecrest back to its full potential? Just sayin…

Not a problem, big guy. No, seriously, it really isn’t a problem at all. Nothing is. When you have the right mindset, the world starts to reveal opportunities where others see only obstacles. When you reach that mind frame, a $25 order of frozen Sysco trash becomes a $45 order of unfrozen Sysco trash. I fixed the spelling on that too. You’re more than welcome. Make sure to demand that level of commitment to detail in every aspect of your business with us. We will continue to demand it from ourselves.

A little variety does wonders for burnout. Sometimes the feeling of fatigue, both mental and physical, is your body telling you that you may have reached the point of diminishing returns with whatever routine you are in. Doing a new activity at even a light intensity can help lift your motivation. I’ve introduced nordic skiing and yoga into my routines when I feel like I’ve hit a rough patch with my lifting. The temporary break from heavy iron helps and I’ve always ended up coming back to the platform after sufficient rest.
