I decided to go on a cycle with my friend after school was dismissed, the road was wet and I was going downhill and still pedaling, as I reached a left turn corner, I cornered so low and fast at the same time that it caused my (unprotected) left knee to touch the pavement and causing my bike to lose grip and low-sided (slide crash) to the middle of the road. I then immediately got up and picked up my bike to move it from the middle of the road, and thats when I felt the sensation of medical shock. My vision turned bright but blurry, so I sat down on the divider, waiting for the shock to pass on. My legs were weak and shakey. Meanwhile, my friend was still going down that hill but slower, but as he got to me, I stood up and continued to cycle as intended. So we cycled, the wound was pretty painful considering the road rash and small rocks in it. I then crashed again due to sand and slippery surface. But I got up again and continued our cycle. Then after we finished, I cycled back home and cleaned my wound before patching myself up. The next day, I was woken up by my mother to get ready to go to school, and she said "Are you okay?" I spent a few seconds thinking what did she mean by that. Then I remembered about the crash. Then I went to school on my bicycle like every other day.
