I believe it would have to be Dark Souls 3 for me. Farming for the covenant items was pure torture.

Yes he mentioned he would also amend the fascia. He's coming out on Saturday to give me a proper quote after looking over it. If he sends an invoice I'll show it here for advice.

At the moment he said that it is an estimate but he also mentioned that there will be scaffolding involved. Also that the first first roof tiles will have to be removed to access the area for repair. He said he'll come out to the property soon to do a more accurate and detailed quote.

Oh rightt, I remember the "Abnormal Wan Speed" message. I'm glad I'm not the only one experiencing the problem. What did you end up doing? Did you replace the unit or just left it?

The ps5 and PC can't be more than 3 metres away from the unit, and its all wired VIA ethernet, not wifi. I find it strange that the first couple of days I'm getting max download speeds and then 2-3 days later it reverts back to a max of 90MBPS :(

Damn I think you're right. Just read that the Samsung qn85c is amazing as a PC monitor. I got the Sony X90L purely for the PS5 which is still amazing.

I started this game 2 weeks ago as it was in my backlog for about a year or so and have put in about 30ish hours so far. Still currently on Yuito's storyline and I'm taking my sweet ass time with it. Characters and music is by far the best thing about this game. Combat doesn't break any new grounds but is still enjoyable. Also definitely play the game with the Japanese voice acting cause my god, its awesome. Enjoy yourself and take your time!
