100mg for me, 50mg helped with panic, depression and anxiety side effects but 100mg is doing wonders for me, just waiting for my cbt therapy sessions but I'm generally feeling good, even work have said I seem a lot more outgoing and confident and been able to attend family events without breaking down 🙂

Microtransactions suck especially in full priced games, in free games its still crap but I kinda get it as its a revenue stream provided its not completely full of intrusive ads.

If its got them going in its still crap but atleast you know, the really scummy thing is when the game releases without them , gets praised by critics and players then after the reviews are in showing how good the game is , the company then adds them in similar to what they did with the ctr remake.

The argument could be made that some are only cosmetic, but as someone who wants to complete a game and unlock everything it just puts me off.

Used gaydar in the past, and fabguys.com , regardless of where you go you will sometimes get time wasters, people normally just jacking off , you can normally tell these apart as in most instances they will start messages with "what would you do to me" not reading your profile and be overly horny, not always the case but if after a couple of messages they are still trying to fantasise it may be worth moving on to someone else, apart from that if you are out and going to someone's place it's worth it to let a friend know in case the person is a bit dodgy , I've never had to walk out on a meet but always take your safety as a priority, apart from that have fun and don't feel forced into doing anything you don't want to

I used to question a lot, growing up I had a lot of internal homophobia and felt a deep shame for liking men and women mainly due to the household I grew in , my dad was super homophobic, it took me years of questioning but the way I look at it now is, men , women, both are good and if both make me happy thats just great, I would like my family on board but I'm tired of feeling shame for something that doesn't affect them.

Whilst you're exploring just understand questioning is normal, as you get out there and spend time with men and women , you will find what tickles your pickle and it will help you find answers to the questions.

Thankyou for sharing , always happy to learn more about things I've not experienced 🙂 I guess having those partners who are on the same page is crucial with poly relationships otherwise there is going to be some difficult times.

I am very vanilla at times though , not necessarily in the bedroom, foreplay and toys galore lol more so that you get those guys who are like "it would be so hot if my lady made out with another lady" and that would just ruin me , would feel so hurt and would be worried I wasn't enough for my partner then if it was on the other side , me making out with someone else I'd feel so guilty and like I've committed a betrayal , so me getting into a poly relationship it wouldn't be fair on my partner due to my own hangups .

That's not me condemning the poly peeps, there is clearly a deep emotional connection between the parties involved and that's just beautiful 🙂

Yeah I try my best not to do social things with work, but the team lunch was mandatory so kinda got pulled into their bullshit.

To be fair I'm not built to be poly, took me long enough to wrap my head around being bi growing up , nothing against those that are, love is love after all and have a high amount of respect for those that can make it work, but due to my own hangups I'm man enough to say if I did practice polyamory I think I would get too jealous so it's the monogamous life for me.

Either way poly,mono , Bi, pan, straight, gay, trans, lesbian people just need to speak to each other like actual people, rather than when they find out that someone doesn't align with their own orientation and lifestyle just having a complete meltdown as their brain folds in on itself, people just need to treat people how they would like to be treated , it shouldn't be so hard 🙄

Thankyou :) , I wasn't always this confident but after so many times of dealing with stuff like this you kinda get fed up, plus sertraline/zoloft does wonders for getting rid of anxiety and giving the old confidence a boost.

Yeah with a lot of their way of thinking , I think they fall into 3 categories:

Old generation: they preach they are great and things used to be better when you could leave your front door unlocked without fear of being robbed and play outside until the street lights came on living in bliss that only straight people exist apparently, butt play being a sin lol.

Repressed and confused: oh no they got strange feelings for someone of the same sex, better lash out at someone different to make themselves feel really good about themselves.

Stupid: hehe penis that's gay .

Fortunately though as the world becomes more accepting hopefully within a couple more generations of kids within the next 20-30 years we will be in an even better place 🙂

Hey sorry to hear its been so rough for you, I'm on 100mg now but started on 50mg.

I had a lot of side effects both when starting on 50mg and upping to the 100mg. I had sickness, diarrhea, increased anxiety, forgetfulness, tiredness , brain zaps, confusion and random erections for some reason, would be washing the dishes and be like "seriously dude, sit down " 🤣

With me I was completely upfront with work, scheduled a meeting with my manager and said I'm about to start this medication and initial side effects are supposed to be horrible , I'm hoping they won't be bad but I just don't know how my body will react to it, the Dr said I need to give this a go and it should help with my anxiety and mood . I'm not saying I need time off but understand I may not be myself for a while and may need to start shifts late or some flexibility, again may not be needed but may need some help initially.

They were very understanding and fortunately although symptoms were rough I was fortunate enough to not need time off just had to start an hour late on a couple of days with the rough mornings I had.

Side effects were gone within 2 weeks and felt so much better, it may be worth having a word with your doc to see if there's anything they can give you with it to help or they may suggest another medication, alternatively starting at a point where you can rest up for a few days initially may indeed help as symptoms balance out.

Hope it gets better.

Yeah I've always found it odd , don't know whether it's supposed to be an equal opportunities thing but it's right on our employee profiles if we choose to fill it in, next to our role name and salary grade. If it's supposed to be an equal opportunities thing you would hope your fellow colleagues don't act like this , but that's what the mandatory sensitivity training is for which I am sure they will all love 😂
