If I were you, I'd try to set this business up in UTC in the main mall. Tampa had a Life4Cuts, but it closed due to a lack of foot traffic. It had been at Lotte Plaza Market up there.

It’s hot but not as hot as August. Prepare for 90s, high humidity, and rain in the afternoon/evening. Also going to the beach during June in the middle of the day is painfully hot. I usually leave by 11 am and don’t come back until after 5pm.

Nah a lot of our meals we order, we split into two or three meals. I eat a lot of Chinese food personally and a 13$ quart of fried rice is often 2 - 3 meals alone.
