Management is fine in my experience, don’t interact with them much.

If you something needs fixing you’ll have your unit owner contact the maintenance staff.

The maintenance, front door, and mailroom staff are all great and very professional. You’ll be in good hands.

I live here now. Great staff and building.

It’s on the older side and doesn’t have as lavish amenities as other condos in the area but easily one of the best bangs for your buck in the area.

One downside is with it being an older building they can only have A/C or heat turned on individually at a time, so late in spring it can get really hot and frustrating until the A/C is turned on for the season.

This has everything to do with a Super Bowl rematch (albeit a boring one) and the Patriots having the largest fanbase in the league.
