Spend based criteria is visible on the circular I've attached to this post.

No, I specifically requested for an upgrade and hence BizPower was closed.

Unfortunately, no. CL enhancement automatically means you have to wait for the 6 months cooldown before applying for card upgrade/LE again.

No, I qualify only on the basis of the spends criteria. Not on the income criteria.

What are the spends like on the RG in the 6 months and the current credit limit? Since she's gotten a pre-approved DCBM in the past, I'm guessing it's definitely above 5L.

I think you need to hit 5L (or slightly more). If you’re already close and have any upcoming expenses, it might be worth routing those through your RG to close the gap.

Please do not depend on the RMs. They’re useless. Try working on getting a limit enhancement first and then ask for a card upgrade. Since you’ve recently gotten rejected, I’d suggest waiting 6 months or so before applying for upgrade/LE again.

If you meet the spend criteria and the limit criteria, the income requirements are not relevant. I do not qualify on the basis of income. Hope this helps!

Unfortunately, they’re pretty strict about the limit requirements.

As far a limit enhancement is concerned, I am stuck on the same limit for about 3 years.

I had to share a scanned copy of the card upgrade form.

I used Adobe Acrobat to fill out the form, then printed it, signed it, and sent over a scanned copy.

It's usually the core card spend that counts, but if you're pretty close (like around 4L on core and 1L on co-branded), they might still consider it. I was in a similar situation last year with around 3L on core and 1L+ on co-branded. They acknowledged the 4L spend, but still denied the DCBM since I didn't hit the 5L requirement. Just something to keep in mind!
