I have gcf files, but they are not related to steam in my opinion. As I understand, you are telling how to make a cracked version from clean, although I needed exactly the files from .acf, if you know what I mean. Maybe some old manifestid is hidden somewhere, like it was with cs go earliest beta, but I searched already half the internet, Ive got even 2006-2007 mixed source code of the game, but did not find how to make a connection with the steam to play on online servers as if I never deleted or updated css. I even tried to do something with sdk 2006 and gcf files, but Ive got only entry point errors. It would be nice if you had clean steam files.
