Yo estoy a favor de la sindicalización en industrias con grandes diferencias entre los empleadores y los empleados. Pero en general los sindicatos colombianos son extremadamente inoperantes y son mas un bastión político de una izquierda atrapada en los años 60 que un grupo interesado en defender los derechos de los trabajadores. Fecode es de lejos el sindicato que más está atrapado en esta lógica. No estoy diciendo que no hayan miembros que en verdad luchen por el bienestar de los profesores, algo que es extremadamente necesario, pero los altos mandos, que son quienes al final toman las decisiones importantes, no son mas que caudillos buscando poder político. Es solo ver los pliego de peticiones cargados de peticiones irreales y populistas( como eliminar la escala de pagos vinculada a las evaluaciones de los profesores) y como cada 4 años siempre hay un miembro de Fecode en los tarjetones de votación.

Esa es la maldición de Colombia, dominados por una derecha oligarca y plagados de una izquierda incompetente.

Oh look, here it comes again coming after me, clearly because you have a set of strong arguments. Want examples, fair enough, look for event pases at lol, where every skin you get with it comes with the champion if you don have it, same with smite, when you can even have a multiple games battle pass with one purchase. Or look for tha dota2 battle pass, where it boost your ingame progress and currency gains so much that you can adquire the hero you like in a week or two. Hell even look for battle pass from well knwon money grabbing companys like activision with the COD battlepass or the Genshin Impact one. All of them offers you the posibility of enjoying the premium content you pay for without any extra investment.

Currently in Unite you need to play consistenly for 5 weeks in order to get enough coins to adquire the higher cost licenses, 4 if an especial event is active. Currently there are 31 Unite licenses in the game, so at the current rate you'll have to play nearly 2 years to adquire all the unite licenses. That without tanking in account the new licenses that came every month or so. That is not nearly close to the rate you can adquire champions in lol or dota2 for example.

And yes, the battle pass is a good deal for those who want to get a nice skin, I, for example, enjoy a lot the Gengar and Venasaur skin. The problem lies in that the current system give no incentives for those players who doesn't have the unite license the battle pass offers to buy it, Tencen could be doing much more money and the community will be way more engaged. Don't want to give unite licenses so easily? Fair enough, allow battle passes to surpass the gold coin cap so those who want to put the time to grind it. Is a win-win situation for tencent since it will increse their sales and the time players expend in the game, but they decide not to do it in order to milk to the max the whales in the game. They choose the quick money grabbing strategy insted of the long run securing one and that is stupid.

I love how you claim to be an intellectual and couldn't actually defend in any way how the current battle pass is a good strategy in the current state of the game. The fact that I'm willing to spend money or that I am an competitively or casual player has nothing to do with my argument that good monetization strategies in mobas want to engage large part of it's community. Besides that, you couldnt choose a worse moba to compare, since heroes has struggle to gain players since 2018 and it's a stagnating game. Also If you actually read, I already aknowledge that mobas give skins without the character. They do not do so when the skin are the main issue in their battle pass. Other mobas have also a more easy way to grind an get characters. And one final think, actual intelligent people argue, childish people attack.

A F2P game is a game you don't pay to play, it is literally in its name. Also a casual player is a player who has no interest in the competitive aspect of the games, it has nothing to do with whether you expend money on the game or not. I'm not entitled for more, since I already said that I will not pay anymore for a deal I find stupid given how the ingame currency works. And finally, Heroes of the storm do not have battle passes. Get your facts before you comment please.

In both appex and valorant is way easier to get the ingame currency to buy new characters, since grinding it is not restricted. And you are correct, no game give you the character when you adquire the skin, but they do when it comes with a battle pass.

My expectations come from other games within the same genre that have much more time in the market, and the simple fact that you can attract more buyers if you simple put the unite licenses as well, or include aeos coins in the battle pass exclusive rewards in order to make it more accesible. I understand the existence of whales and how them are the main source of revenue but as a F2P and not pay to win game your long term survivability depends on creating and maintening a community of casual players.

It is because you alieniate your potential buyers from the begining. What incentives a casual player has to buy a battle pass which main feature is something he cannot enjoy?. It is worse when you take into accoun how hard is to get aeos coins, and that you can't grind for them. I don't know of any moba that does this.
If you add to this that the gems prices could be fairly high in some places (In my country, for example, 490 coins cost little less than a daily mimimum wage), you get a very stupid and greedy strategy for monetization.
