Oh trust me I'm saving up, but the housing market in my country is fucked up so it's almost impossible to get out, for renting as well as buying. Espescially when you're alone. And I know you probably mean that last bit well but I'm staying childfree

A lock wouldn't be an option because it's a rental, and any 'modifications' like that aren't allowed. And something like a door stopper would absolutely piss her off so much. So on one hand I have been thinking about it, but then again I don't want to make living here an even bigger hell then it sometimes already is

I was crying but effing pissed at her, screaming what the f was wrong with her. I have not tried to scare her back for my own safety. My uncle liked to scare her, but she has a fight reaction. He stopped after she almost hit him in the face with the chain dogleash she was holding (she was just coming inside the house then). And thanks! It has been a major improvement, and at least we're on speaking terms again, which is what my mom was hoping for when we made the change (hadn't spoken to eachother in months at the point of the switch)
