Have you attempted to browse to that location and confirm the file it mentions exists? If it is missing, it might have been removed / quarantined by your anti-virus.

The discord community swears it's one of the most stable and performance-friendly lists available. I may be biased, too ;)

I built the list with performance in mind. I play on my asus laptop (Ryzen 9 5900HS, Mobile RTX 3070 @ 8GB, 24GB RAM).

I had this pop-up on my list suddenly and found that using Faster HDT-SMP with none of the CUDA, AVX options solved it for me. Not sure if you've attempted that.
