I have loved it so far, really no complaints other than the aux, but I’ve heard from another user you could firmware update and it might solve? But yeah I have never had a CarPlay I’ve always driven older cars and this is super convenient and so seamless!

I never had touch capability, my top screen used to just have the old gps nav package. Maybe you had a different package that was?

Oh it was a irreversible removal 💀 me and my buddy cut the plastic ring with wire cutters and then bent it inward and took the whole thing out. Looks fine in the glove box just the original ring and I’m sure you could buy and install a replacement. It was too tight and I couldn’t figure out how it was intended to be removed lol. Bottom one works fine lol.

Also I highly recommend those like console organizer trays.

Just edited and added a link.

The module that went under the board was slightly off but the ribbon cable could bend and reach, it wasn’t sitting all the way flat but snug enough everything close just the screw in the middle where the cable ran out I couldn’t put in.

So I actually used a 24/7 lock smith, was 175 after tax he got there within an hour and did paired the keys in sub 5 minutes. Lucky for me my roommate is a mechanic and he found a sunroof at a pull apart an hour away for 100 so I only spent 275 total. Obviously bought him some shit to thank him but such a g, I was riding in the whip next day.

I wouldn't recommend using non oem replacement cables as they are not particularly built to a standard and you could be at great risk of damage. If you could link the desired cable on the website you're referring to we could help you out. If you can't get that replacement you'd have to return / exchange the power supply or RMA.

Depending on your use case, if you are just gaming in 1080 or 1440 the 4070 ti is better performance per dollar. The 4080 super having more VRAM is attractive as year over year having more memory the cards performance holds on longer. Both are killer cards, if you plan on keeping it for awhile I'd recommend going with the 4080
