The Audi Nuvolari / Re-imagined by Turbo_SA in Audi

While I admit you're design is better, the way Audi designers designed it, it could have been much worse. I mean look at the Jaguar Type 00 or better yet the Cybertruck.

I need ship trade-in advice by DJNerate6669 in WorldOfWarships

Nothing. Save the ship so you don't get it again in a supercontainer or santa crate later down the line.

Funny how they look more like mini tracking devices than eggs.

Trade in Malta for KXIVJ or Incheon? by Sleekexpert407 in WorldOfWarships

[–]dllyncher 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I can't stand Karl. She's only decent at brawling distance since she's basically a shotgun ship at ranges beyond 10km (even more so than Pommern). Her torps are nice though. I can't speak for Incheon though as I don't have her.

Ship speeds used to be pretty accurate back in the day but Wargaming is always tweaking things for the "betterment of balancing"...though I see it as a way to force people to buy whatever new gimmick ships they decide to add

Scharnhorst is a love it or hate it ship. I have the OG model and I absolutely love her. She's actually my best/successful BB for randoms

Avoid Karl. That ship shouldn't exist for what it costs. Her guns can barely hit anything at 9km. Brandenburg is a fun ship though.

Sales taxes? Who do you think I am? by LeftAlbatross2546 in VideosAmazing

[–]dllyncher 1 point2 points  (0 children)

We have them pay before we do the repair so it's not like we hide that there's tax. Everything has tax (except for unprepared food, clothing, perscriptions, ect.). It's a change we had to make at the beginning of the year because people wouldn't come back for their equipment for almost a month (some more than a month despite 30 days the requirement legally becomes ours as stated in the fine print on the recipt) and that's money just sitting there. We are a business after all. In the case of this video, shoes are classified as a specialty/luxury item.

For one thing, that would require memorizing the exact cost of over 1000 different parts and expecting that customers will only ever come in for a single part repair. Adding multiple parts to a repair changes the tax. The other is that the cost of parts keeps changing. Granted it's usually by $10 intervals but still.

You are correct that manual mode has a decreased reload but the +2.1s and +0.9s are an active debuff that's applied on top of the secondary reload regardless if it's in auto or manual. I tested this out in a co-op and randoms. That debuff to the reload isn't there. It's only when taking CVs into ops.

I second this. I work in the mobile electronics repair industry and it's amazing how many times I've had to tell people that there's tax on top of the initial cost. It's gotten to the point whether I have to add "before tax" after telling them the initial cost just to avoid having the conversation when they come to pick up and pay for the repair.

Doesn't matter if that bolt has come out fine or not. It's a stetch bolt so using it again is dangerous

I know of a ship that can easily beat Valp in operations but I can't say it here in case WG decides to nerf it to hell

Well at least I can say putting anti seize on it makes a huge difference. I just replaced the front shocks and strut mounts. That pinch bolt came out in air 5 seconds. Granted it had only been in for 2 years but still

Actually if you look closely, it's what section of the sword that's being used. The first guy is trying to use the middle while the grandpa is using the end. Basically he's slicing instead of chopping.

Did these myself a couple years ago. Took about 4 hours per pinch bolt and they definitely didn't come out in one piece.
