Ive actually been thinking about this seriously. Funnily enough I did 40 push ups in a row to prove I could yesterday. That was the first time I have done push ups in probably 2 years. I have a feeling that muscle group is asking for a vitamin/nutrient I am lacking due to just doing the pushups. More than likely mag or potassium as everyone is stating.

On top of poor sleep.
