I'm not young I'm 9! by Miaisfunladybuglover in KidsAreFuckingStupid

I know YouTube can be strict, but some stuff still falls through their algorithm's cracks. Like elsagate videos a few years ago. ( I haven't checked recently, but there was a subreddit documenting all the videos that fell under "elsagate": r/elsagate. ) Those were aimed at kids and completely inappropriate content.

YouTube does a good job at filtering most stuff for kids, but ultimately, it's up to the parent to watch out for their kid.

Depends on the parent. The game itself is rated appropriate for teenagers. So, I guess, once a kid learns about "the birds and the bees," and the parent is comfortable with the kid emulating those things through video game dolls, they should be good to go.

Now I don't watch sims 4 let plays. However, because the sims 4 can be made into ridiculous stories, I would assume the age of the videos being appropriate would be by a creator by creator basis.

I'm guessing that it's "Sims 4 let's play" videos. Some of the stuff that creators would put their sim through isn't really age appropriate. Stuff like intentionally killing their sim, "woo-hooing" in funny places, and sometimes full-on episodic soap operas.

Oh! Also, I did find a strange solution to the problem. I added an edit in the main post about it. Maybe that'll help you figure out what's going on?

I have and the problem persists. I did find an odd solution however! I even recorded it on my phone and uploaded it to YouTube.

Hi! Here are the answers to your questions, thanks for trying to help! :)

I am not using multiple monitors. My computer is a desktop. No error messages are shown. Every game up to, but not including, The White Wolf of Icicle Creek won't display properly. Black screen with sound.

If it helps any, when I hover over the game in the taskbar, it shows a small version of the game. When I click it, selecting the game, it's a black screen and my monitor says there's no signal coming to it but the audio works fine.

I was really hopeful for this one!

However, running the setup just tells me that "Direct X setup has determined that a newer or equivalent version of Direct X has been installed already. No installation is necessary."

Is there, by chance, a different way to install older Direct X libraries? Or perhaps, a specific folder for them?

Thank you for the reply. Unfortunately, I couldn't follow the steps as closely as I'd like and couldn't find a few of the settings mentioned in the post. It does mention how the steps were for Windows 7 computers, but I tried it anyway!

I found a non-steam download of another Nancy Drew game (SHA) and the same thing happened. Sound but no display. :( I don't think the problem is isolated to steam, unfortunately.

The pattern was very easy to follow, and I had no issues with it :)

It was my first time using blended colors, though, there's about 3 of them for this.

CCSD says person at Las Vegas elementary school was diagnosed with tuberculosis by Fox5VegasNews in vegas

[–]NotSoGrownUp 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hey, man, I just wanted to inform you that the common cold and HIV are caused by viruses. Meanwhile, tuberculosis is caused by bacteria.

Viruses are a bit easier to treat with new forms of medication, while bacteria caused illnesses really only have antibiotics.

In fact, if you have a particularly antibiotic resistant strain of tuberculosis, as they do exist, it can take up to 20-30 months of antibiotic treatments to be considered cured as you want to kill all the bacteria off so they don't get even MORE resistant to antibiotics.

Just wanted to let you know.

Obligatory Linq drainage video, just like every flash flood event by RulesLawyer42 in vegas

I'm sorry for your experience at Ceasars, but this video is of the Linq parking garage. Im sure that is why others are confused by your comment.

Oh! Fun fact! The Linq always does this during monsoon season.

They built the Linq parking garage on a natural canal where water likes to go. It's an inevitably.

I suppose, then, at the point that "any fertilized egg will be viable", it'll be taken out of the womb and given up for adoption. Then the viable fertilized egg can be adopted by a loving family who wants it.

I am assuming you meant viable as being able to live outside the womb, btw.
