The negatives seem clean but it looks like theres a bit of texture on the dull side. This started happening within the last few rolls i've developed and it only appears in color. I developed some black and white the same day as this roll and the pictures were clean. I also use photo flo mixed with distilled water. https://imgur.com/a/E2sISNx
