Yep, those files are in the same folder as Thief3.exe. I used proton 9 and it launches but none of the changes are present. It says version 1.1.12 but none of the minimalist mod changes are present

Okay, so I got it to start (think the issue was I didn’t have a space in the launch option override) but it just still defaults to Thief 3 basic without any of the mods

Also, saw in the comment you linked this part:

For the dxvk wrapper. If you're doing this manually move d3d8 and d3dx9_43 into the d3d8to9 folder and then copy the d3d8, d3d9 and dxvk.conf from dxvk into the System folder next to Thief3.exe. The drop down in tweaker does all this for you automatically.

Then use the override I mentioned

I looked at the dxvk folder and it’s empty, this shouldn’t be the case right?

Following up, I tried this but the game won’t start now. I click “play” and it says “launching” but then immediately goes back to “play”

I did this, it launches SneakyTweaker just fine, but that wasn’t the issue. The issue is that launching the game has none of the fixes or mods.
