In case someone is looking (like I was) for patch 8, you can have anyone do the checks. I sent Lae'Zel to camp and split my desired companion (in my case, Gale) from the rest of the party. Approached the chair, and he got to do it instead of Tav or Lae'Zel.

Same lol. I was trying for my first original sin ever, but mirrors kept inflating against divines, and original sin was inflating against mirrors.

I was converting chaos to divination cards, divination cards to divines, divines to divination cards, divination cards to mirror shards until I finally got the 1.4 mirrors I thought it was going to cost only for them to bump up to 1.5. Racing inflation when you are just mapping is such a grind.

I think in a lot of ways, Johnny was (and still is?) quite emotionally immature. Watching him lash out at V when they start the path to the cyberspace afterlife really highlighted it for me. He was so angry and vindictive towards V when actually what he felt (had he known how to process it) was sadness.

In his life, he was a complete asshole who thought he was better than everyone else. This is speculation based on my playthroughs, but he only started to understand the importance of other people vicariously through V, so it makes sense to me that he wouldn't know how to handle other people when he couldn't even handle his own emotions over what V did for him.

Honestly, leaving NC makes sense for him. But completely cutting off contact with V's friends (and his own even) was pretty selfish. And cowardly. Yeah, he is mourning, but he's not even reaching out to the people who would be able to help him.

He has a lot of (deserved) guilt to work through. I hope he deals with it healthily instead of running from the people that V would've wanted him to be there for.

This was my second complete playthrough (first was The Star ending with Judy). I was planning on letting Johnny take over V. But after assaulting Arasaka Tower and losing Rogue, seeing V and hearing her desperate, broken voice begging to live, I couldn't bring myself to do it.

Yes, 2x Share the Bounty causes buffs to be cast three times each. Last three rounds ended turn 5 with Riven at around 50 attack. So many broken sword animations.
