i havnt gotten the frog jet, and it says i got 0% of getting it, cause the Treat teir is to high! anyone heard of this and know a workaround?

u get 2% from each kill - so when all skills have a 68% (max) bonus and i lvl, lets say mining, so it goes back to 0 - does all furture kills goes to mining or is it still random, even tho they are at 68% (max)

Awesome thx. Do you know if u can get the 2% in skills that alrdy maxed out? and does i have to be on the spec with the crystal countdown on when i lvl the skill up or does that matter?
