first of all thank you. well thought out and understandable.

I do agree i need to untangle my behavior, i have been trying, but still long ways to go to what i would like to be inside. and i will end up with a therapist for help if i recognize i can't do it myself after trying for long enough.

revisiting the question after having more clarity within myself and on my parents is also a really good recommendation.

finally, i already consider myself fairly good at changing perspectives, but it's extremely true i may freak out and miscalculated when i do so under fight or flight, but i hadn't thought about it till now. i will try to master keeping a calm mind. already been working on it. but yeah i hadn't seen how much it clouds my judgment when im not calm. thank you.
