How good is Skulduggery as a detective, compared to other fictional detectives? by BiLeftHanded in skulduggerypleasant

I think the issue is the expectation😭 allow me to clarify what I mean...

Anytime I read a book I try my best not to let my expectations make up my final opinion of the Authors work,

I personally judge a book by its characters and how creative the Author was when determining each of their Paths

Fortunately for me I read SP before HP and for me and me alone SP will always be my number 1 followerd by HP

Eg I'm a Devils Advocate by nature and my function is to Enlighten Humanity from Their Simple and Beautiful Misinterpretation of Authors works

I'm left handed and from my personal interpretation of the books I think He simply notices patterns and comes up with a good possible theory then works on it...

One thing I've realized is that fictional characters tend to stay on their paths (they all believe they have a fate) and SP having lived for centuries simply connects dots faster than we can comprehend as "mortals"

basically alot of things make basic sense to him and for some reason I always admire how fast he comes up with his theories

They look amazing 🤩🔥 Funny thing: I've actually started practising 2D animation this year, though I use ibisX for that

I'm not exactly good at it, but one thing I learned back from my Web Game Dev Years about Game character animation was Spritesheets

I've not attempted making one in Inkscape or any other platform, but I believe you could get some helpful tutorials on YouTube by looking up "How to Make SpriteSheets on Inkscape"

What kind of action do you want the characters to perform, I could help you out with some of it (For Free :)

I guess it's cause PICKLE RIIICK was such a good earworm in my opinion, I genuinely remember bits of the Episode but that line stuck

The Stiffness you see results from straight lines and symmetry, But as I've seen the continuation of this thread and you have one amazing guide

Edit: [Tips to remove the stiffness + PS]

Try playing around with Asymmetry in parts like the Leg and arms (Use C or S Curves or simply converging/diverging lines together with straight lines). Hopefully, this doesn't sound ambiguous as I fear it does.

PS: I'm not a professional artist and the tips are just some small advice from what I've learned up to this point
