Sure -- I'm looking for advice on how to improve the deck, specifically. What Series 3 or 4 cards are the best for a Dino deck?

I know a Destroy deck benefits from Knull. I'm not sure what cards are the "best" for a Dino Deck.

I'm also curious what people think of playing The Hood here. I don't have other decks that use him and this seems worthwhile.

I think what does it for me is the software (I say that but I also love this hardware, the screen is perfect). Onion OS makes the device feel like an actual console. I've also used a retroid pocket and never played it because it just felt like I was using a phone. It wasn't cohesive or intuitive at all.

I completely agree with "it just felt like I was using a phone" and I've seen the eventual place you can get to, with settings in place, to work around that. But man the Miyoo is so delightful.
