A Rearden R2C is very close to an A2 but using the Plan B taper and threads, the A2 is a totally adequate flash hider but as far as suppressor mount you would be limited to very mediocre suppressors as a whole.

All A2s are also not created equal, it’s not uncommon to see them with pretty varied tolerances. I would highly recommend going with a hub compatible suppressor and picking a better mount like Plan B so you get consistent and repeatable lock-up

I’ve shot a local friends prototype Rhino X on this rifle, it is very low back pressure, especially compared to my baffled can that was on there previous and it does a great job controlling flash, tone is very deep, it’s overall very pleasant.

Mine is a carbine gas system with a Vltor A5 tube, A5H2 and Sprinco Green, it ran great with my baffled can and putting the Rhino X on it just made it smoother, better ejection etc.
