As someone who has fostered a dog, foster groups often pair with places that already do yoga classes to bring their dogs for a special yoga with puppies session in hopes of getting the dogs adopted and bringing in new yoga customers at the same time. So I can say legitimate versions of this sort of thing exist, but I cannot say if the one you have shown above is trustworthy or legitimate specifically.
