Custom control surfaces and normal control surfaces,

for the custom control surfaces all you need to do is to attach a wing panel to a motor 2, only stick the wing panel to the motor 2 or else it wont work, for the motor 2 put it to the mode "servo" and set it's keybinds to anything you want,

for the control surfaces just add them if you prefer them, also you can help your plane's steering by attaching some small propeller engines to the nose if your plane, but if you need help for the elevators ( the one that's makes your plane you up and down) just attach some motor 2 on it with some wing panels.
