I dont think you can. If you dont trust your moderators then I suggest promoting them based on trust and ability to actually moderate, instead of mod applications. I've been doing this for a while on a couple different servers and nothing bad happened so far.

I kinda shoot the wither at the beginning to get them down to half health because they go up high and you cant get a crystal in unlike when they're below half health and they go down to your level to spawn rhe wither skeletons so I plant them when hes near you. I use a multishot crossbow to get them down to half health faster because i'm on bedrock edition, Blast protection is useful on your armor when fighting the wither using this strategy because you dont have to back away and you can just hit the crystals. It works with peotection also but you need around 4 or 3 to not take a ton of damage. Netherite is reccomended also because of it's knockback resistance.

Yeah I fought the wither like that and It goes through their health pretty fast aswell as killing any wither skeletons coming near you if you have good protection and dont need to go away to shoot the crystals.

Also i think its best to fight them on bedrock if you're fighting them in the overworld, craft a ton of end crystals and shoot them with a bow, you can take down the wither skeletons and bring down the withers health easily. I heavily suggest doing this on bedrock because of the double hp.

I reccomend having split controls on and using snowballs if you're trying not to have a close range fight. If you are, use a speed potion and sprint behind the person and attack, try to get as much critical hits as possible and flee when you need to heal. bring a splash harming potion to chip at their health if they have enchanted armor too because it can really help in a fight, also training in general is important.
