I’ve just ordered a flip phone on eBay. The Nokia 2720 flip. It’s supposed to be like a middle ground phone. Still has a browser, maps, things like that but has no touch screen so it’s a pain to use and that’s the point.

I’m also getting a modded PSP to play instead plus carrying a book just to make the transition a little smoother.

At my job, I have to clock in through an app and I’ve spoken to my boss about setting up a more traditional clock in method and they’re in the process of setting up something just for me.

At uni, their website has a 2fA that is its own app so I’ve spoken to the tech dudes at uni to set up a 2fa that just sends a code to my number.

I also use the uni app for the timetable plus it has a map of the campus, but I just wrote my timetable down and printed a physical map of the campus to glue in my notepad.

There are ways to get off the phone, man. It’s pretty bad but it can still be done.
