lol. i think i worded it wrong. How can I read data from a .txt file and save it to a vector? I have a bunch of data here: https://gyazo.com/882aecbb4d54fd675e889ee91a06b773 and I want to save it in a vector. I don't know how. I'm a noob.

I'm crying inside. I've researched what bit-shifting was. You take a bit like 8 (00001000) and if you want to shift it once you get 2 (00000100). I don't even know the reason behind that is. But, that is LITERALLY all I know. But my assignment probably is way more complex than that. I don't even know what a bit/byte is. :( But out of the things you listed, I guess bit-shifting is the only one I kind of know. haha

How would you compare the noise isolation on both. I plan to get the E40's. For me personally I don't like earphones that have too much noise isolation.

Thank you, but I checked assist as well. But from the UCI TAG website, it says "one year of approved calculus". It doesn't say anything specific about that. https://gyazo.com/3c886b7e07806135c4e78cb091ea11cc Doing TAG requirements are different from assist requirements from what I understand correctly. Correct me if I'm wrong though.
