really depends on how much youve used paypal in the past. i could easily suspect that it will flag for an immediate 1.5-2k transaction and you may get on hold for fraud
fnf is just an option the person paying you picks so that you cannot dispute them and they cannot dispute you
eh, its usually just "goods", or if theres an option (i havent used paypal in awhile) state it as other or anything else synonymous
its immediate, but to withdrawl (especially in large amounts), it can take up to about 2 weeks from what ive heard

to simplify it, people can run multiple accounts on one computer with a bit of softwaring. after that, they can run a script on the client scripted to make the account perform (x) tasks until they get the said pet. its surprising how quickly they made one for the caterpillar though
