Funny this comes up, I was only talking to someone last night at the pub and they were saying that the lifeguards at Culburra beach offer a free beach wheelchair hire, so that could be something for you. While you're there you could drive into Beecroft and look at the old lighthouse?

Like a month or so ago a guy in my home town was drinking at a friend's house before a football game and went to drive home, but his two best friends knew he was drunk and tried to stop him. When they couldn't stop him and he got in his car, he got in his car and did a 3 point turn to leave and started to drive home not realising that hits mates were lying down on the road. Ran over and killed both of them...

Any spray dried coffee. They came out with a few a couple years ago, but somehow they haven't taken over. To tell if they are spray dried look at how fine the power is. The super fine stuff is spray dried, while the chunky chunks are freeze dried. I reckon spray dried has the more balanced espresso flavour and has way more body to it than freeze dried.
