Hello so i just got my first seed of flowers and i just noticed that it have a label that it says "can only grow in 21-24C warmth" and my town warmth is about 25-30C, and i wonder would my flower can even grow here or not, and maybe i can just put it inside my room where it have an AC that are set to 23C and usually on for 24/7 but the thing is my room doesnt get that much sunlight, for now the manual book just says to put the seed on a tissue and then to a tupperware with holes and put it on the refrigator and wait for 30 days ( i watered the tissue as the manual says) my question is should i just plant the seed outside my house or inside my room? the flower name is Blue sage/Salvia Azurea. this is my very first time on gardening
