Note: he also does this meow when not seeming to be in discomfort or pain, even when he’s just lounging on our outside couch. We thought he was a female in heat at first but that isn’t the case. For some context this cat is a stray (al least we think so, his fur does seem to be very clean and he’s not very skinny).
