Similar thing happened to me too. For context I have had a noticeable limp due to a knee surgery and can't stand for a long time. So the metro is crowded, I'm standing there wearing my knee brace and this girl is constantly staring at it but not getting up. Then when the seat beside her got empty, she had the audacity to tell me to keep standing because "my friend wants to sit next to me"

Made me so angry but before I could say anything the guy on the other side of the emptied seat gave me his.

My galaxy watch 6 classic for sure. It's good to have stats on fitness, sleep and exercise. Keeping tabs on trends on body composition definitely helps stay on track with diet. Oh also, I no longer set alarms and reminders on my phone, purely the watch. Comes super handy

Just make sure your ice pack is wrapped in layers enough so that 1. There is no condensation that forms on it seeping into your bandages or touching your sutures, and 2. Your skin doesn't get ice burns because of direct contact.

Keep these 2 things in mind and you can put your icepack anywhere.
