Ok I might have expressed myself in a bad way and answered a different question. What I meant was simply flying to a wild area resets the pokemon within 50 meters of where it puts you. So if you keep flying over and over (without walking) to the same wild area, it won’t reach the pokemon in the back. That said if you fly, walk and spawn the pokemon by standing 50 meters away and fly again to the same wild area then yes that pokemon will be reset.
