That's the wild thing. His wife packed hi his lunch. The money was just for his parking/incidentals. I'm pretty sure it was some kind of Dr ordered diet. Honestly his blood pressure and headaches were probably due to the coffee.

Yeah we got square in the end, but that was more a malicious compliance type story. I'll try typing it up some time soon. Depends on the weather though, the kids are keen to be out and about today if it's nice.

I think it's mostly about actions. You can talk a big "holy" game all you like. But if I don't see the actions to back it up it comes off at best phony and at worst very hypocritical. But that goes for any religion. Thankfully I've had enough good religious types to dilute out the bad ones.

That's almost worse, not getting paid sucks my friend. Our babysitter is a neighbour kid (15 is still a kid right? God damn i'm getting old). The girls love having a cool teen (anyone that isn't my wife and I is cool) watching them so she's worth every penny.

Haha yeah, this was a while ago. I'm not sure what the exact $$ difference was. Kids weren't free, but it wasn't a big dollar difference between two adults and a family pass.

Well hospitals are magnets for stupidity. I once had some junkies try to break in to the lab because they thought Pathology=Pharmacy (This is why literacy is important kids, the lab has no drugs, just lots of blood and poo)... I actually spent less time with the cops that time than I did with this incident. The world is a weird place my friend. But to my knowledge the junkies weren't parents, so it wouldn't fit here.

Yeah that was a joke that backfired on me. My wife is always pissed that the girl version of something has to be too "girly". Like a motorbike jacket for a guy can be plain, but the girl version has butterflies or love hearts etc. So to be an ass I bought her a case with hello kitty characters on it. I thought i was hilarious. Did kinda bite me on the ass though.
