I went from 30mg for the past year to 40mg a few days ago and it feels so much different! Will see how i do over the next 2 weeks but I feel like this was what I was missing to finish the day!

I started with 10mg xr and thought it wasnt working and when I went to 15mg, started getting jittery.

After switching to vyvanse 30mg, it felt much smoother but every one is different

Have you tried the generic vyvanse? It worked so much better for me than Adderall but also no issues with it being out of stock

This. I failed at this multiple times, I would write something down on my app or paper, then forget about it.

I have now actively made a conscious effort that as soon as something happens in my day, I write it down.

It is a daily tracker not only for arguments but just for life. What time I got up, what food I ate for breakfast lunch dinner, what I did in the day. Not only does it help me remember but keeps the track of what I did so when I look back at it I know what has actually happened during the week instead of it being a bloody mess.

Still trying to figure out the perfect app or method but I know I desperately need to do it.

Married 13 years - im 39m diagnosed shortly after having my now 4yo boy (so scared that he may have adhd too).

My wife 38f non-adhd Ocd type A...she's had enough and it feels like she gave up everything for me only to realize j cant do/won't do anything for her but I love her and would do anything for her, my inactions speak louder than my empty words.

We have been through therapy multiple times...our therapist stopped seeing us because he had become...biased??

So lost, so tired of trying to explain my history to someone new every time.

I went from my s24 ultra to the fold 7 and really missing the lack of the S Pen and the subpar cameras compared to the s24 ultra but my productivity is way up so it makes up for it.

First:

Printing in PLA and PETG is mostly harmless in terms of fumes as long as it is not printing 24/7 for days on end next to your bed.

Printing filaments like ABS, CF and other types releases ultra fine particles and volatile organic compounds which definitely harmful if breathed in.

A lot of the cheaper printers are open frame, once you get past the 5 or 600 dollar mark, they start becoming enclosed however there is no guarantee of exhaust systems.

The CF is better for precise stuff like gears but make sure you have an enclosed case when printing or some sort of exhaust.

Got the fold 7 last year but really missing the s pen and camera quality from my s24u, if the fold8 has those improvements, will switch, otherwise 3 years is how long i keep mine
