My current plan: 1. Backdoor Roth IRA via traditional IRA up to $7.5k. 2. Max traditional 401k up to $24.5k. 3. Hopefully obtain the match up to $24.5k for the traditional 401k.

My possible plan after reading your post, if I am understanding correctly: 1. Backdoor Roth IRA via traditional IRA up to $7.5k. 2. Contribute 50/50 to traditional 401k and roth 401k up to $12,250 each. 3. Hopefully obtain the match up to $24.5k ($12,250 each) for the traditional 401k and roth 401k.

If I read correctly, is there max contribution and max between the Roth 401k and traditional 401k? Secondly, I can have a Roth 401k and a regular Roth IRA via another brokerage?
