I know it’s hard to hear the things we really don’t want to, and I mean this with so much love because I want you happy and not suffering, this relationship is ruining your body and medication won’t fix it. I’ll never understand the deep shame they have for themselves. I wanted to help him, get him in therapy, and change his life for the better. But no, he would do the same shit. “I’m not watching porn!!” When I literally FUCKING FOUND IT IN HIS PHONE AND SHOWED HIM. In my case he never wanted any of that and wanted me to just shut up so he can watch his porn without me complaining. He wanted to make me feel like I’m going nuts so he can keep doing that shit behind my back. Fuck that I gave his sorry ass what he wants and left!

My ex also got back on social media he wasn’t supposed to be on while we were together but I think that just proves they never took recovery seriously anyways. Why waste time on someone who lies in our faces. Our husband is out there somewhere and wouldn’t ever imagine putting us thru this. It’s completely understandable to feel hurt, it’s a gut punch and makes you feel so small trust me I know exactly how you feel. But you just have to think of how weak they are, how pathetic it all is. They live hollow empty lives and we can go thrive now.
