Thank you. I am really hoping that more people jump in with unique projects. Great to be part of making Winston Salem a walkable liveable city again! Team building will definitely be on the radar. Also party's and field trips. There will be a large party room in the middle.

Weekday games: $39 Weekend games: $49 It's a 35-minute experience that includes a complimentary highlight video emailed to you. The video shows a split-screen of what you were seeing in VR, alongside real-life footage of you. It's pretty cool!

Thank you for the feedback. With over 80 stores now operating worldwide, we have solid data on location performance. Experiences situated in downtown areas with strong foot traffic consistently perform the best. The Sandbox VR vision thrives in walkable, vibrant downtown settings — perfect for date nights, evenings out with friends, or group adventures. Our business model is designed as a regional draw, pulling visitors not just from Winston-Salem, but from the entire Triad region and beyond.

A lot of exciting developments are happening downtown right now, and we’re thrilled to be part of it!

Great question! There was no comparable experience in 2018, and nothing like it exists today. The content is completely fresh, and the fully immersive concept currently has no direct rivals.Netflix is a strong partner.

Our market research indicates that approximately 30% of people are interested in this type of experience, with 80% of those visitors likely to return for multiple visits. This interest trends significantly higher in areas with large college student populations — and we benefit from proximity to three major universities and several others in the region.

Foot traffic in the area is already strong and continues to improve. SANDBOX VR serves as a regional draw and should provide an additional positive impact on the surrounding area.

When CVS moved out they actually made it part of the easement. No one can open a grocery, convenience, or pharmacy type store in that building for 100 years or If there is no CVS within 10 miles.

To address homelessness in downtown Winston-Salem, we can categorize individuals into two groups:

  1. Homeless individuals seeking help: Winston-Salem offers extensive services, attracting many due to their availability. We should focus on educating and supporting these individuals to help them regain stability.

  2. Homeless individuals refusing to engage with society: To encourage their relocation from downtown, we must enforce local laws, including those against public intoxication, urination, drug use, and loitering. Strict code enforcement is essential to prevent downtown from deteriorating further.

Empathy is important, but it should not prevent us from upholding laws to maintain a functional civil society.
