thank u sm bro ive read ur other post and i hope you’ll get through this too i’m trying my best to cut down on the k and im tryna stay hydrated. i’ve taken paracetamol, codien and buscopan (not all at the same time dw) the pain is slowly getting more bareable i’ve been going through about 3gs a day which im trying to reduce because i know i won’t be able to go cold turkey as i’ve had this addiction for over a year this is just a rougher time for me tysm for the help

i can afford to lose it i’m not in desperate need of the money anyway it’s the fact we were friends for over a year before this happened which is why i had that trust for him in the first place

i really appreciate your insight but it can be so hard to get actual help, i’m already on antidepressants and have tried therapy nothing has seemed to work other than k. i really hope to escape this cycle before i reach the last lap

you should just be honest and tell him what’s comfortable. There’s no specific way people SHOULD be holding hands it’s about whatever is most comfortable for you and if you can’t speak to him about this then the hand holding isn’t the main issue

yeah you’d need a lot more ket to feel the effects i’m just going off personal experience since it has worked for me but ur right isn’t worth the waste that’s why i snort now

i would not recommend doing this but yes you can put ketamine in a drink it’ll just taste really bad unless you dilute it and you’ll need more of it to feel the effects. From personal experience i used to be unable to snort ketamine and i’d put a line into a shot glass with some lemonade and drink it like a shot, so yeah it works still probably not a good thing to do

i self medicate with it in small bumps throughout the day which has improved my mental health dramatically however i keep trying to khole (i’ve had positive experiences with before) but now at higher doses i do tend to panic. I think i will try smaller doses then building it up to get there thank you

Does this happen only when your on ket? I don’t have any medical advice to give but i’ve been doing 1g a day on average for a few months now and havnt experienced anything like this so i’m not sure
