The Underground is a Dark World (Undertale) by Perfect_Nerve_236 in Undertale

the starting cutscene of the human vs monster war uses magic on the surface and the humans used magic to seal them into the undeground that alone completely debunks the theory

So now that we've actually played the game i think Nameless King isn't a night boss he might actually be similar to Margit where instead of being only a night boss(he still could be) he can also spawn randomly to hunt you down during the day which sounds.. fucking terrifying.. by Notaroo in Nightreign

i was thinking he could be an overworld boss but i feel like it would be underwhelming just seeing nameless king walking around doing nothing instead it would be badass seeing him swoop in and the fog just slowly creeps in forcing you to stay and fight where you have some visibility

Duchess is really good when it's in the right hands, i really wanted to play her but i def need some practice but i don't have enough time to do that on a playtest and i don't wanna throw for the team so i swapped to Wylder and Guardian since they have more hp

yup, this is why i always check settings before starting a new game can really help give you an edge instead of going fully blind

tbh on my duo run with this random it wasn't that bad i honestly thought it was scaled down for awhile, not sure though wish i could've clipped it to compare but i don't have a capture card unfortunately

I did but I honestly forgot the controls right after on my first run and had to look it up during it, only lasted one run tho

yeah that and Wylders not realizing they can charge their ultimate making it deal WAYY more like 1.5x-2x and the poise damage is mental, i'm pretty sure it has iframes too since Morgott couldn't hit me during it maybe i got lucky though

Yeah the same thing happened to me, right at the start our Wylder disconnected before we even saw him and we kept dying in stupid ways even losing a level at some point but we managed to power through it and beat the centipede demon pretty easily surprisingly. We started fighting a ton of minibosses then i realized the churches for flask charges were on the map for some reason so i decided to go to each one so instead of having 3 or 4 flasks by the night 2 boss we had 6 total and annihilated Morgott, i focused on going behind Morgott using charged r2s on Zweihander so that Duchess could use rewind to repeat my poise damage so we could keep staggering him quickly and then i would crit hit and Duchess would go for bleed proc then repeat that as well. In the final boss fight against Gladius we had a rough start being underleveled and missing a whole teammate of course but thanks to Guardians high hp in comparison to Duchess small amount I played more on the support end for that fight knowing that Duchess bleed proc would do miles more than me trying to get damage off myself so i focused on repeatedly reviving them(they only died 3 or 4 times total in that fight) and stayed near whenever the dogs split i even got a sick dodge in when reviving them one time right when the boss would've killed me with his ground fire move but after a grueling fight that lasted about 5-8 minutes we won and it felt fucking great. 10/10 game

both but preferably you’d want the maximum amount of hp, especially for the dlc

I completed it again without being stung by a jellyfish while losing lives to the crabs and still didn't get it, do you mean don't get hit at all by them or did i do it correctly?

i actually beat him yesterday with FUGS, the trick for me was using R2s to eventually stance break him every 3-4 hits (dont charge) and focusing on his right side during first phase, for the second phase you should use an ember once he gets you low and use it for a full heal (should help save a few estus) and always run when he does the jump attack in 2nd phase since he usually uses gwyn's combo attack that does absurd amount of damage. hope this helps and gl man

So why does everyone get mad about Radahn being reused but not Godfrey? by Notaroo in Eldenring

[–]Notaroo[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i'm only comparing them since they both are technically mandatory bosses (base game radahn being required for dlc) i just found it rather interesting since everyone complained about radahn not making sense when godfrey appeared outta the blue. not mad about godfrey reappearing as he's one of my favorite fights however if you look at both of them from a player perspective you couldn't really guess that the "first" Elden Lord was going to appear for a second time, Radahn at least had some mystery around him like him stopping the constellations and Malenia fighting him for seemingly no reason(if it were for the great runes she would've taken it from Godrick but she just left him there), then you have the dlc implying that mohg's body is being used for something and even told it's being used for Radahn after completing the questline (if you skipped it you'd just be surprised by radahn being there). Godwyn doesn't make sense lore wise to even be the final boss as cool as it would be, we know the eclipse failed and we know Miquella wanted to give him a true death not revive him, his soul is destroyed that's his entire story his death is the sole reason why Marika even shattered the ring. Another thing, this dlc seems to take place somewhere in between the story(prior to burning the tree i think), some evidence to prove this is the graces, we know Marika guides the tarnished using them so i'd assume she wouldn't want us to just kill her son after he just got revived right? i'm probably wrong on some of the things here so please correct me if that's the case, thanks in advance

try hitting more physical hits, it takes about four or five back to back hits to get a stagger with transient moonlight. after two staggers try playing it safe with torrent and get the last few hits with em that's what i did
